Domestic orders are delivered through Nepal Can Move or our in-house delivery service and are typically delivered within 1–2 business days.

International delivery may be arranged through DHL, FedEx, or cargo services.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, refunds, defective products, and transit damage are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Customers are encouraged to inspect their products promptly after delivery.

For transit-damage claims, we recommend contacting us within 12 hours of delivery with photographs and a continuous unboxing video where available.
